Welding

Welding is half segment of the production. Among dozens of welding methods, we choose to use the highest level welding method – hand-held welding, (GTAW), commonly known as argon welding (TIG).

Although TIG has the disadvantages of slow welding speed, it is worthwhile for people to choose it because of its relatively clean weld bead and high-quality welding surface. We select Panasonic 300 type variable frequency AC/DC argon welding machine.

 In addition, The Wavebeam has more than 20 years of experience in welding, assembling tanks and structures.

We familiar with flat, horizontal, vertical, and upward welding techniques, and has considerable experience in plate butt weld, pipe butt weld, fillet weld, slot weld and flange welding techniques. This equipment has excellent performance in all welding methods.
